Our story
From one van in Kepong to crews across the Klang Valley
GrowTrack Solutions started in 2015 with a single van, a pipe threader and a promise: quote honestly, fix it properly, and photograph the work so the customer can see what they paid for. Word travelled through Kepong's coffee shops faster than any advertisement could.
Today GROWTRACK BUILDWORKS SDN BHD runs dedicated plumbing, drainage, roofing and waterproofing crews from our base in Taman Usahawan Kepong. We work on landed homes, condominiums, shop lots, restaurants, offices and light-industrial premises — anywhere in Kuala Lumpur and Selangor a water problem needs solving.
We deliberately stayed a mid-sized outfit. Big enough to hold stock, run proper scaffolding and honour warranties; small enough that the person who quoted your job is reachable on his own phone when you have a question.

Diagnose before quoting
We find the cause, not just the symptom. A stained ceiling gets a moisture-meter survey, not a coat of paint.
Fixed written pricing
Our quotations itemise labour, materials and access. If we uncover something unexpected, work pauses until you approve a variation.
Evidence at every stage
Concealed piping, membrane laps, flashing details — all photographed before they disappear behind tiles or ceilings.
Warranties we answer for
Every warranty is written, dated and honoured. If something we did fails within the period, we return and make it right at our cost.

Where we work
Our crews are based in Kepong and travel daily throughout Kuala Lumpur — Setapak, Mont Kiara, Bangsar, Cheras, Old Klang Road — and across Selangor including Petaling Jaya, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Puchong, Rawang and Klang.
Outside these areas? Call anyway. For larger roofing and waterproofing contracts we regularly mobilise further afield.
