Terms & Conditions

These terms cover two things: your use of this website, and the standard conditions on which GROWTRACK BUILDWORKS SDN BHD (“the Company”) quotes for and carries out works. Individual quotations may vary these conditions; where they do, the quotation prevails.

1. Use of this website

The content of growtrack.help is provided for general information about our services. While we keep it accurate and current, it does not constitute professional advice for any specific property — site conditions vary, and diagnosis requires inspection. Text and images on this site belong to the Company and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.

2. Quotations

Quotations are provided in writing and remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Prices are quoted in Ringgit Malaysia (RM). A quotation covers the scope described in it; conditions discovered after opening up works (for example, corroded pipework beyond the visible section, or rotten roof timbers under sound tiles) are quoted separately as a variation, and works pause until you approve or decline the variation.

3. Booking and access

By confirming a quotation you agree to provide reasonable access to the work area at the scheduled time, including arranging any permits required by building management. Where a crew attends as scheduled and cannot access the site, a mobilisation charge may apply to rebooking.

4. Payment

Small repairs are payable on completion. Larger works follow the payment schedule in the quotation, typically a deposit on confirmation, a progress payment, and a balance on handover. Material orders for non-returnable items (tiles, membranes, heaters) may require payment before ordering.

5. Warranty

Workmanship is warranted for the period stated in the quotation — typically 12 months for repairs and up to 24 months for new installations and full systems. The warranty covers defects in our workmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, third-party alterations, blockages caused by items introduced into the system, or defects in areas we recommended for repair and you declined. Manufacturer warranties on supplied materials are passed to you in full.

6. Liability

The Company carries public liability insurance for all active job sites. Our total liability for any claim arising from works is limited to the value of the works giving rise to the claim, except where Malaysian law does not permit such limitation. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

7. Your obligations

You confirm you are entitled to commission works at the property (as owner, or with the owner's or management's consent), and that you have disclosed known hazards — asbestos-containing materials, live electrical faults, structural concerns — before works commence.

8. Cancellations

Either party may cancel confirmed works with reasonable notice. Where you cancel after materials have been ordered, non-returnable material costs are payable. Where we must cancel, any deposit relating to unperformed works is refunded per our Return & Refund Policy.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and any dispute is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts. We will always attempt to resolve disagreements directly and in good faith first.
