Systems matched to the surface, not to the salesman
There is no single best waterproofing product. Torch-on membrane excels on exposed flat roofs; PU injection stops active leaks through concrete without hacking; cementitious slurries suit wet areas going under tiles. Problems start when one product gets sold for every situation.
We survey the substrate, check falls and drainage, and specify the system with the service life and warranty to match. Surface preparation — the part that actually determines whether waterproofing lasts — is never rushed.

Where we stop water
Flat roofs & RC gutters
Torch-on bituminous membrane or liquid-applied PU systems with reinforced corners, upstands and outlet details.
Bathrooms & wet areas
Cementitious or acrylic systems under new tiling, with flood testing before the tiler starts.
PU & epoxy injection
Active leaks through cracks, joints and honeycombed concrete sealed from inside — no hacking, minimal disruption.
Balconies, tanks & basements
Exposed balconies, RC water tanks (potable-safe coatings) and below-grade walls treated against standing pressure.

What separates good waterproofing from paint
- Preparation is 70% of the job: grinding, crack routing and priming happen before any membrane touches the slab
- Every wet-area job is flood-tested for 24–48 hours before we hand over to tilers
- Inter-floor condo leaks usually need PU injection plus a new wet-area membrane — we coordinate with the management office
- Warranty up to 24 months on workmanship, alongside manufacturer system warranties
